On the evening of Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the Organizing Committee of the CHINA MINING 2019 will hold a Welcome Cocktail at the Hall N4 (Ballroom Hall) of Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center. It will provide a relaxed platform for enterprises, government departments and experts at home and abroad to meet old and new friends and exchange information. The cocktail is a standing self-service.
On the evening of Thursday, October 10, 2019, the Organizing Committee of CHINA MININ 2019 will hold a gala dinner at the Ball Room, 1st floor, Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel, inviting sponsors, exhibitors, representatives from departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Natural Resources and directly affiliated units and provincial offices (bureaus), leaders of relevant units in Tianjin, members of the Organizing Committee of the event and vice-chairmen of the China Mining Association, presidium unit representatives and guests at home and abroad attending the meeting. It is admitted by invitations with a size of about 300 people and served in buffet style. The event is sponsored by Guang Ding Int’l Holding Group, SINOMEX and EGR.
After the opening ceremony on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 9, 2019, government officials, representatives from the supporters & international organizations and some of foreign VIPs attending the opening ceremony, will have a separately tour to the CHINA MINING exhibition halls.
On the evening of Wednesday, October 9, 2019, Tianjin, the host city, joining hands with the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Organizing Committee of the CHINA MINING，will hold a Welcome Dinner at No.4 building of Tianjin Guest House, hosting government officials, representatives from the supporters & international organizations and sponsors and some of foreign VIPs such as mining ministers and ambassadors & counsellors to the event. The dinner will be held with invitation letters for a total of about 100 guests.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the Opening Ceremony of China Mining Conference & Exhibition 2019 will be held at Hall N7 of the venue for the officials from the Ministry of Natural Resources, PRC , Tianjin Municipal People’s Government and China Mining Association, representatives of supporters, foreign mining ministers and foreign ambassadors (counsellors), sponsors, officials of competent land and resources authorities of the government, VIP delegates and representatives in the industry from home and abroad with a size of over 1800 people. The Hon. Ling Yueming, vice minister of Natural Resources, PRC, will address to expound China`s future mining development of macroeconomic policy, China`s mining development situation, and to carry on the analysis and research on international mining market trends. The Hon. Zhang Guoqing, mayor of Tianjin, the representatives from international supporters and international organizations, will also address the opening ceremony respectively.
During CHINA MINING 2019, the minister and vice ministers of the Ministry of Natural Resources, PRC, will meet with some foreign mining (vice) ministers and corporate executives of foreign large-scale mining companies and hold bilateral talks, so as to enhance the understanding and communication among mining countries and strengthen the cooperation in the international mining industry.
During CHINA MINING 2018 held in Tianjin, the heads of the Ministry of Land and Resources, PRC held respectively bilateral talks with mining (vice) ministers from Morocco, Mali, Argentina, Sierra Leone, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, Sudan, and Chile. They exchanged views on resource investment, legal policies, and expressed that they would further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in information sharing, personnel training and scientific research and improve the capacity and potential of international cooperation in mining production capacity. The head of the Organizing Committee of the China Mining Conference and Exhibition attended the above bilateral talks so as to help many domestic mining enterprises to coordinate and settle difficulties and problems of overseas mining projects and promote the mining sector "going out".

On the evening of Thursday, October 10, 2019, the Organizing Committee of CHINA MINING 2019 will hold a reception of “Night of BOCI 2019” at the No.6 building of Tianjin Guest House, which is named by Bank of China International Holding Co., Ltd. (BOCI), and will invite the leaders of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the leaders of Tianjin, representatives directly under the Ministry of Natural Resources and representatives of the national natural resources system units and senior executives at home and abroad to attend the meeting. Government officials, renowned scholars and industry leaders will be invited to deliver speeches on the integration of China and the international mining situation, mining and finance. The reception is admitted by invitations with a size of round 100 people.
